Can't submit work

My old customer purchased a project from the project catalog, she sent me a message and told me she paid for work but it didn't send her to the page where to add details for the video (requirements). I checked my jobs and there was an active milestone, but I didn't received any notification. And also I can't go to that contract page even if I can't submit work.
