Can't upload portfolio or remove

I'm unable to upload to my portfolio or to remove piece from it. I was uploading projects to my agency's portfolio and have 2 more to upload but now the buttons started be not clickable so I cannot finish and "save" the project. Aswell I cannot delete project.

Never had this problem previously.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
