Can't upload resume

Hi! I am new here and I am having a hard time putting together my profile because I can't upload my resume (in PDF, 60 KB). The "Continue" button remaina gray after the upload looks completed. I have also cleared caches and cookies. Would appreciate a solution to this. Thank you!

I am sorry to hear about the issue while creating an Upwork profile. Could you please try again after clearing Cookies and Cache on your browser? You can also try using a different browser. Feel free to message us if problems persist.

Unfortunately, it's the same problem. I have cleared those items both in Chrome and Safari and I still can't upload my resume. It's the same problem, I can't click Continue after uploading it. I prefer uploading my resume instead of filling up the form; I do hope that this will be resolved soon. Thank you very much!

I am having the same problem.

 

Samsung Galaxy A32 using Chrome.

 

Uploaded several resumes, continue button stay grey and not clickable.

Hi Pradeep,

 

I am having the same problem, eventhough  I already cleared cookies, cache and used different browser. I am using ipad. After uploading resume, button is still gray.

this same problem is also affecting me. i have uploaded and tried several different methods but every time the buttom remains gray and unclickable
