Can't use agency connects while applying for jobs

I am a member of an agency, and previously, I could utilize connects from within the agency to apply for jobs when I ran out. However, I've encountered an issue where the "Apply Now" button is consistently grayed out, despite having 168 available connects. Interestingly, the agency owner can still use connects seamlessly from within the agency or through her personal account.

I'm seeking assistance in understanding the possible reasons behind this situation. Your guidance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
