Cannot Create My Account

Hello,

I am a professional software engineer currently working with one of the largest hospital systems in New York City. I wanted to use UpWork as a source of side revenue and to keep my skills sharp.

I have filled out everything and when I get to the final page, it says "Check Your Profile". When I follow through this link, it re-routes me to skills page. Everything stays filled in all the way to end page and it still loops me back.

I have cleared my cookies and cache and also tried on multiple browsers.
