We have an agency (Group Think) and we recently added a member to our agency but for some reason when I (a member) try to add them to chats with existing clients/projects, it either says I do not have permission to them use email. And if I look up the person's name, it doesn't come up, it only gives me clients' names, none of my agency members.
It seems like I can only add them using the agency's messaging board directly, the problem is that some contracts I have personally are still within the agency and I would like to include agency members in it. Is that not possible?
