Cannot invite members

Good Morning,

My account stopped fully functioning two weeks ago, and was reset yesterday to the basic subscription by one of your team members which I then changed to agency plus.

 Since being reset, I have noticed that I cannot see my team members in settings-members and permissions . I have tried to reinvite a member so I can adjust their permissions, however an error message saying 'user already EAC' appears.

 Please can you assist.
