Cannot post a job.

On the top of my page it says "Financial transactions for your company have been limited." I updated my credit card and it says it accepted it fine but I cannot post a job and the message is still showing. I need my account unlocked and I cannot find anywhere to open a support ticket through upwork. It says to contact customer support but it just brings me to the support page which I can't find an answer to my problem.

 

I also have never received an email from Upwork so I am unsure what to do.

I have a similar problem, I updaed my credit card details and then received an email to say 'your company is no longer suspended. But when I try to post a job I still get the message our account is suspended
