My account is suddenly restricted and won't let me withdraw funds. I never received an email about this and I don't know why or for how long it will last. I really need to be able to access my payment. Someone please help

Thank you! I can't believe I didn't see it until now that's a mistake on my part. It says I need to refund payment to Upwork. How do I do that?
