Cant change profile location when submitting ID

I recently changed my profile location to US but did not have a US ID or passport just a visa, however. Now I want my location changed back to Pakistan as I'm to the country I'm currently residing in - Pakistan. 

I changed my location but upwork is now asking me to provide a document like an ID for the country I'm currently residing in but not letting me change the country 😄 help please
