Charge failed

Hi! I have this issue that I can't make any payments due to the error: "Sorry, we couldn't charge the billing method you selected. Please try a different one. If you still need help, contact customer support". I only have this problem on this platform. I have sufficient funds and the transaction size is small, so these can't be the issues. When I check my Visa credit card, at first the money are extracted from my account but then the payment fails for some reason and the money are refunded. I also tried readding the credit card and even tried with another Visa card from my Revolut account.
