Chat bot says connection error

Hello,

I need to raise a support ticket regarding no option to change hourly rate on my profile. The bot however keeps on failing with connection error and I am not able to reach support. It points to hourly rate change on contracts which is not what I want to achieve.

Is there any one from Upwork community who can help.

Thanks for reaching out. As an exclusive member of your agency, you won't be able to change your profile rate. Please communicate with your agency owner or business manager regarding changing your profile rate.

Hey Luiggi

 

I keep on getting the same error as Pramod G above (Chatbot says connection error)... I need to raise a ticket as payment has been taken twice.

 

How do I contact Customer Service or raise a ticket if the chatbot keeps failing?

Thanks Luiggi for replying, I understand.

I want to leave the team now but the option is giving me an error and asking me to try again or contact support. 
As I said the chat bot is giving connection error, is there any way to solve it or raise a ticket directly?
