Upwork's AI chatbot keeps ignoring my request to talk to a human support. Namely, when I try to scope a project before the contract is signed, I need to send my email to a potential client so that they can give me access to their QuickBooks Online. It literally says under Terms and Policies that I am allowed to do that, and when I try to do it, my message gets blocked. Then I try to contact a human support and chatbot keeps running in circles and doesn't want to connect me to a human support so my issue cannot be resolved. At this point, I am getting really frustrated because I've lost at least 5 potential clients due to my inability to share my email to scope the project. If anyone knows the solution to this, I would really appreciate it.
