When I click on accept an offer from my client it shows an error "The client account is on temporary hold. Once the issue is resolved. you can accept the offer."
But my client says she asks Upwork about it and they say it's okay on their side.

Thanks for the reply I am worried because my client has a deadline of monday if it doesn't fixed within then it will be a problem. I already started the work by the way, though cant accept the offer yet

If there is a problem, it is the client's problem. I understand you started the work, but do not provide it to the client before his account is no longer on hold and you can see from your side.
