Client, All messages Disappeared No Way to Contact Support

My client initially agreed to program a bot based on the initial specification and then quickly changed demands to sending him money via external means such as USDT after working for 1 hour and 30 minutes straight. I'm not very familiar with this but I asked the client for a meeting and sent a meeting link so she could explain this but all of a sudden the client ended the contract and deleted all the messages. Now I can't reach them, I don't know how to reach support and all the money they paid me has been pending from like 8 days ago. I'm not very conversant with Upwork but I can see that it should have been released in 5 days from what I read there. Is this normal, please anyone who can help me understand this.
