I have completed the project and the client accepted the milestone and she released a payment, after releasing the payment She give me a 5-star review.
but
After one day she filed a dispute and wants a full refund, She blocked me from the Upwork chat room, and I received an Upwork Mediation Team email, In which she wrote she is not satisfied with my job and she hired someone else to complete the project and she wants a full refund. I did the project according to her instruction.
Kindly help me, I don't know about the dispute process and I don't know how to resolve this dispute

Thank you for your message. Please continue to communicate with the Mediation team on the same Dispute ticket so that you can share your situation with supporting information. Your Mediation specialist will work with both parties towards a resolution. It is very important to respond to the Dispute ticket to avoid delay.
Clients and Freelancers are usually able to reach an agreement in most cases. In case you and your client are unable to reach an agreement during the mediation period, the mediation specialist will make a non-binding recommendation. If you or the client reject that recommendation, the final option is to proceed to binding arbitration (meaning the decision of the arbitrator will be final) by the American Arbitration Association, which is a neutral third-party organization. There is a fee for arbitration, and the cost is divided between you, the client, and Upwork. Please don't hesitate to follow up with the Mediation specialist on the Dispute ticket if you have additional questions
