Client has been charged but no payments shown in my transactions | Its been 3 weeks.

Hi, 

I m working on an hourly contract and have logged 145 manual hours. I can see the hours in my work diary and even checked with the client as he has been charged from his bank but its been 3 weeks, I still dont see any payment reflected in my account niether do I see any pending transactions. All I see for now are the hours in my work diary. 

Can anyone help me with it? I have not faced such issue ever.

This usually does not happen. Its best to raise a ticket with Upwork

Hi Mohsin,

I am sorry to hear about your earnings. I checked and it appears that you are referring to the contract on your agency account. I see that you have earnings already credited to your agency account. Please go to the Manage Finance > Transaction and invoices to check the available balance. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reply to this message.
