Clients budget, milestone and JSS.

If the client sends a contract with $300 and starts with the first milestone for $70 and after 1 or 2 milestones he ends the contract without completing the $300 budget for any reason, Will it hurt my Job Success Score? Need some expert opinions.

It's the client's feedback that will affect the JSS. Just make sure the client is happy regardless if they spent $70 or $300. Thanks!
