Clients who would recommend you Disappeared

I find in my stats that ' Clients who would recommend you ' number was 84% removed and now its just dash ''-''

What it's means ?

Hello I have the same issue - clients who would recommend me 78 percent disappeared and there is just "-". I cant find here the direct chat on Upwork anymore. Can you please somebody tell me if its just upwork bug, or I need to do sth. about it? Thanks

Looks like the issue got resolved on my end, and the number is back to normal. Maybe one of the staff members fixed it, not entirely sure. How about you?
