Hello,
I accidentally chose my old one that was closed already years ago, how many days can we trace the money? Is there any way that we can trace it right away? why do we have to wait how many days if after 5-8 days will we do the same? any idea to make it urgent especially for medical emergency purposes?

hi aya it happen the same to me but i didnt choose that bank accout someone choosed for me. Do we have an email from upwork for complaining?

Hi Azul,
You have to submit a ticket to raise your concern but for me, I think they should have a live agent chat support for this kind of issue since this is an urgent case.

You must wait. Money will be returned after your bank will reject it. You cannot do anything here.
