Consultation scheduled w/less than 24 hours notice??

I have a client who scheduled a 30 min consultation with me at midnight today, for 8am today. According to my settings, the minimum booking notice is 2 days (screenshot attached for reference). So how is it possible that this client was able to schedule a meeting for 8 hours later?? That is definitely not enough notice for me. The only reason I know about the consultation right now is because I got the email around midnight, woke up, and looked at my phone.

According to Upwork's rules on consultations, I should have 24 hours to reply/reschedule/cancel. If I cancel, will this affect my JSS score? If so, that doesn't seem very fair as there is an evident glitch in the consultation system. 

Advice is appreciated. Hopefully I'll get some advice soon because the meeting is less than 6 hours away! It's 2:15 AM here right now, and I can't sleep because I'm now worried about this.
