Contacting Support - Account Limited



My Freelancer account has been limited for an unknown reason (Client account is fine).

I have an active billing method, no outstanding payments, and up-to-date information on all my tax information and profile.

Unfortunately, the Support Center portal does not allow me to create a new ticket or to successfully use the bot. Upon using the bot, I'm asking to log in - at which point I cannot access the bot anymore.

I've used different browsers, different devices, cleared cookies, incognito mode, etc.


Any ideas?

I'm sure something is just incorrectly flagged in my account to limit access to these functions, but it is quite eye-opening how difficult this is given that I have paid nearly $250,000 to Upwork for services.
