Contract Payment & Status

Hello!

1- So, I've finished & sent work to the client, and he told me he'll proceed to payment.

Then, I got a notification that he sent the payment already, but the contract is stuck in (Awaiting milestones) section.

Is this normal?
2- Also, when can I recieve feedback as this is not an available option meanwhile, regarding the contract status.

Hi Allaa,

Thank you for your message. Yes, the contract will show as 'Awaiting milestone' after the client approves the payment for the previous milestone. Feedback can be left by both the parties after the contract has been ended.
