Hi, a contract with a freelancer with who I daily collabote was cancelled by Upwork. The explanation says they are reviewing an "issue" and they ask not to reactivate the contract until Upwork does. Can you tell me what is Upwork investigating, when will the contract be reactivated and if there is anything I can do to speed it up? Thank you.
I checked and it looks like you hired this freelancer under a team you're a part of. Please know, it looks like the issue is happening on this team's Company Owner's account. I would suggest you discuss this with them directly so they can address the issue and the contract can be resumed!
