Contract ended and got payment notification but added money is not showing anywhere.

I received both an email and a notification stating that my client has sent me a payment. However, the sent money is not appearing in my profile, and it is neither showing in the Get Paid tab nor in the Transactions tab. What should I do? The money is not showing anywhere, so I can't withdraw it.

I see that you've recently raised a support ticket regarding your concern. As soon as the next available agent gets your ticket in their queue, they'll contact you to assist you further.
