Couldn't access account... now I need to merge multiple accounts

I couldn't access my account because it kept telling me I had the wrong password, or that I'd signed in with Google.. but when I did that, it said I couldn't sign in with Google. So now I think I have 2 or 3 accounts I've never used, and I can't create an actual one because the original one is linked to my phone number.
