Customer returned money from escrow

I had trouble rejecting the refund and it was refunded anyway. So now it affects my job success rate and I have submmitted all the job and the client didnt pay and took the work as well. 

 

What should I do? I can't connect to any one from upwork to help

I’m sorry to learn you weren’t able to contact the Upwork Support Team directly, or file a ticket for your concern. I would like to clarify that once the escrow funds have been returned to the client, there is no option to undo or revert the action. However, you can reach out to your client directly to negotiate a one-time bonus payment for the funds that were returned to them. You can learn more by visiting this helpful page

 

In regard to your score, please know that there are many factors that may affect your score such as public and private feedback, long-term contracts, and repeat ones.
