I just got an email this morning saying my withdrawal is being processed, I didn't authorize the withdrawal, how do I cancel please?

You can't cancel it. Chances are the withdrawal was made in line with your withdrawal schedule.

Thanks for the reply Petra,
Please is there a way i can view and edit the schedule? Because i don't remember creating any withdrawal schedule.

Hi Joyce,
To update or change your schedule, go to Settings > Get Paid. You can adjust your automatic withdrawal limit and frequency in your Get Paid settings under Edit Schedule.
