Delete Tax information

Hello,

I just submitted my TIN but then found out I am not authorized to work outside school here in the US as I am an international student. Please how do I delete the tax information so I don't file taxes for it and get into trouble.

Will deleting my account remove all my information from Upwork's database?

Yes, you need to delete your account if you're not allowed to work while in the U.S. (not just your tax information).

Thanks for your reply. I understand that I will have to delete my account. I just want to be sure the tax information I put in will not remain in Upwork's database when I do so. I can't find a way to delete the tax information alone.
