I haven't received my renewal of monthly connects for the month of July 2024 yet.
Please note that my previous billing cycle ended on 2nd July 2024(yesterday), however still not received any monthly connects yet.

I have the same issue. My connects should have renewed on the 1st and it's now the 4th of the month. Should I submit a support ticket?

Hi
Once again, I didn't receive my monthly renewal connects for the month of August as I believe my billing cycle is from 1st till 31st so usually I should be able to get those free connects on 2nd (which was yesterday).
Need assistance in this matter.
And with due respect, why do Upwork delay the renewal connects and I have to complain everytime?
