Hi guys,
I have followed all prompts but cannot find anywhere to submit my support ticket. One of the agents I completed work for has refused payment. This was a fixed-price contract and the agent placed partial funds onto a milestone. The project was submitted in full with zero errors and now they are refusing to end the contract, release milestone funds & the remaining money owed for the project. Recently they must have clicked on a resubmission request as escrow funds were extended by an extra 7 days. But there has been zero replies to any of my communications since I requested payment. It is obvious they are trying to avoid any payment and they have taken my work for free. Agent's details are**Edited for Community Guidelines**
