Direct Contracts : Upwork can't process the request

Hi, 

My client has been experiencing issues in processing a payment via Upwork Direct Contract.

She keeps seeing the below message: "We are sorry. We are facing technical problems and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute."

 

She tried with three different emails but the result is same. Can anyone help?
