Direct to Local Bank withdrawal not received

Hi,

Dear Upwork Community,

I had set a payment method on Upwork with the correct bank account number but wrote the postal code in place of the postcode. Yesterday, I made a transaction but still have not received any payment. 

 

Please guide me. Is it a delay due to bank holidays, or is the payment transferred to another account?

Please note that Direct to Local Bank transactions may take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, let us know and we will assist you further. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals. In the meantime, please read up on this help article for more information about Direct to Local Bank Timing and Fees.

Hi, I am new to Upwork, I tried to withdraw my first payment through my Local Bank (BPI) but I haven't received the money in my account. Please enlighten me, I am kinda nervous and upon checking my Account Number it only shows 4 digits of it. Please can someone help me.

Funds are still not reflecting on my local bank. Delayed again and again...Always like this.

If you are referring to the fund withdrawal initiated today, please note that Direct to Local Bank transaction is processed within four business days. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, let us know and we will assist you further. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals. Hi, Is anyone payment not received until 5 days after withdraw balance to local bank ? im withdraw my balance from 6 February until now still didnt received on my bank, anyone can help me ? Thank you.

Still Get login panel on the centre screen, i have tried loged in but its repeated again, i cant access all my ticket too

I tried but wasnโ€™t able to replicate the issue youโ€™re describing. Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of your current browser? You may also try clearing your browserโ€™s cache and cookies. 

 

Alternatively, you may access the ticket from the email notification that you received linked to your case. Let us know if the issue persists and we'll look further into that for you.

First time in my history of upwork i faced this issue. after two days i got email from upwork your payment reject from local bank in pakistan. i re active my bankacount and again to click pay but after many hours they say same thing, payment rejected.. so what i do? maybe because of sunday?can i try on working day like tomorrow monday? thanks if you guide me.

Hello good afternoon, Im writing this post because i sent my money from upwork to wise like 5 days ago, and it never arrived to wise, i already contact their customer service by phone and email and they said they were still waiting for the money to come through, and it usually takes 3 days at most for everyone here in my country to receive their money from upwork to wise, but is been all contrary in my case , so i think there might be a problem with your transfer system that may havent send my money or something like that because this is unacceptable, I hope a receive a prompt response, thanks in advance

I normally receive my payments to my local bank with in hours once i do a withdrawal through Upwork. However, recently, I did a transaction on 23rd Feb and also today (27th feb)..Upwork is notifying as Payment has been processed but i haven't received any of those payments as yet. Is anyone else facing the same issue? so payments are being delayed?

Hi,

 

I withdrew my funds earlier this morning and received an email confirming that it has been processed as Upwork normally does. However, the payment still hasn't been reflected yet on my account. It's the very first time this has ever happened. I've been withdrawing my funds the same way for 2 years now and experienced no delays with my bank. Hope you could help me with this. Thank you!
