Direct to Local Bank withdrawal not received

i was transfer balance on 29.02.2023 through direct bank payment. but still not received the balance in my bank. what should i do Now?? please help

Hi Morrison,

 

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked and can confirm the transaction you're referring to was successful on our end. Direct to local bank transfers are processed within 4 business days, but it can take up to 7 business days to arrive at your bank. Holidays in the US and in your location can also delay the process. Please let us know if after 8 business days the funds are still not reflected in your account so we can initiate a trace for you.

Hi Anisha,

 

I understand how important it is to have access to your fund as soon as possible. I checked the fund withdrawal you are referring to and I can confirm that the fund withdrawal was successfully processed. The standard time to process a Direct to Local Bank fund withdrawal is within four business days. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, let us know and we will assist you further. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals. Hi, I need help related to withdrawal. There was $104 on my Upwork account and it is $0 now. I check my bank account for many times since yesterday, but the amount is not increased. Can you help me? What's wrong with this? How long time I should wait the money goes to my bank account?

I am also facing the same issue. As per the Upwork, we need to wait for the 8 days. And if its not credited in 8 days, we may raise the request in Upwork help desk.

Ouh ok, thanks for your explanation. Is it your first withdrawal? It is my first withdrawal, so I am curious and worried at the same time.

It's $0 because you have already requested the withdrawal. It takes upwork upto 24 hrs to process the payment, sometimes more or less. Since this is your first withdrawal you shouldn't be worried, payments are usually reflected in the accounts within 3 working days.

i did a withdrawal on 16th od august and i havent received my money in my local account.

I'm sorry you still have not received your funds, Nnamdi. I checked, and it looks like only two business days have passed since you made the transaction. As AJ mentioned, these transfers can take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. If you still have not received your funds after eight business days, let us know, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

I haven't received my payment confirmation email, which I usually get right away when clicking the "get paid button", is there any way to see if the email was not sent or if it's still processing? (I'm talking about the payment confirmation, not payment processed email

Hi Omar,

 

I understand how important it is to receive this email. I checked and I can confirm that the payment confirmation and payment processed emails were sent to the registered email address. I recommend checking your Junk/spam folder to make sure the email wasn't sent there.

I checked my registered mail and i just found ( Your payment has been processed ) and no confirmation mail received , also check my bank balance and nothing added.

I can confirm that the transfer was successful on our end. I want to clarify that Direct to Local Bank transactions take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. There is a 12:00 pm (noon) UTC cutoff time for same-day processing. After that, transfers will be processed the following business day. If the transaction still hasn't been reflected on your account after eight business days, let us know, and we will assist you further.

I withdraw from my Upwork account last August 20, 2023 and until now the money was not transferred to my local bank account(Philippines). I checked my local bank details and noticed that I've mistakenly added my CARD NUMBER instead of ACCOUNT NUMBER. Please enlighten me and help me with what to do next.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Once a withdrawal is initiated it cannot be canceled whether it is manual or automatic. The funds will be sent to the payment method on file but if there are any issues with the bank account such as incorrect information, the funds will be returned to Upwork and once this has happened, rest assured that we will immediately credit the funds to your account.
