Direct to Local Bank withdrawal not received

i was transfer balance on 29.02.2023 through direct bank payment. but still not received the balance in my bank. what should i do Now?? please help

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked and can confirm the transaction you're referring to was successful on our end. Direct to local bank transfers are processed within 4 business days, but it can take up to 7 business days to arrive at your bank. Holidays in the US and in your location can also delay the process. Please let us know if after 8 business days the funds are still not reflected in your account so we can initiate a trace for you.

I am unable to withdraw money from Upwork account. I have received email from Upwork which says - Invaid data in the field taxNumber.

I have correct tax details on Upwork which have been validated.

Hi, I requested payment on 14th Oct 2023 at 11:20 AM UTC. Usually, whenever I request a payment, whether day or night or even on weekends, it is processed within 1 hour and I receive a second email saying that your payment is processed. But this time, it's been more than 18 hours and I haven't received the payment has been processed email. I am wondering what happened. Can you please check? Thank you.

Hi, Payment not received to my Local Bank

I made a payment request yestarday, but my payment has not been processed untill now. Usually it takes less than 1 hours to process the payment and deposit into my bank account. This is not my first withdrawal I made withdrawals every week or whenever I want.

Hi everyone,

 

I requested for a withdrawal via the local bank (BDO) yesterday, Sunday 10/15/2023. For BDO users, where are you able to receive your payment? For my previous experiences of withdrawal, I expect that the payment will be reflected on the same day.

After that, transfers will be processed the following business day. Hi, my name is Fernando Barbas Jr and just new here in upwork community. I withdraw my first pay last Friday, Oct 13th but until now it was not credited on my local bank account. Most of my colleagues are using the same bank account as mine an they received their pay and got credited on the account last Friday night but it's only me who haven't received my pay. Please advise if how can I be able to trace my fund transfer. Thank you

I am new here and would like to know is there any specific reason why my money has not been transferred yet to my bank account. I have received certificate of earning from Upwork but no money has reached my bank account yet. I do not know if we need to to do any withdrawl from Upwork, if so then please let me know how is that done so that I can have a seamless transaction. Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us. In general, funds get transferred to your Upwork account if there are any issues with the bank details you provided. Kindly check with your bank and confirm the correct bank account details. Once you have the correct information, you may re-add the payment method and try withdrawing the amount again.

 

Please also keep in mind that for security reasons, newly added payment methods will become available for use  3 calendar days after they has been added.

Hi Annie, 

I tried to withdraw my money to company's bank account using different names but no luck. The bank account is company's bank account, but upwork system asks for name surname etc which isn't available for a company. Could you please help?

You may only withdraw funds from accounts under your name. If it is a company bank account, you must be an authorized user in order for the system to approve the transaction.

Hi Annie, 

I am an authorized user. 

I filled the ID Number, First Name and Last Name details according to my personal information. And I filled Name on Account and Address details according to the company's information. Now I am getting this message: "Your payment method has been deactivated because the beneficiary name on your payment method does not match the name on your Upwork account."  

It does not match the name because it is a limited company.  I have been trying to withdraw my money for over 1 month.

If we cannot handle the problem, i request you to refund the fee sent by my customer and stuck in the system.
Because with each cancelled transaction, the main 1 dollar is constantly decreasing.

This isn't about me.It's a problem with your payment system.

I can finally get paid. The problem is, the account number written in my profile is my dollar account valid in Turkey. However, it says here that the payment will be made in TRY. ..... to 1366 not TRY. 1366 is USD. 

Then I added both bank accounts to my profile. What will happen now? Will the money be returned? Can Turkish Lira be loaded into USD Iban account? thx

My account is locked private. When i tried to reset my profile visibility. It is refreshing support page automatically. please help me to solve this issue. Need customer care support to solve this issue please assign me agent and solve this issue as this  issue from I am facing from last 15 days keep this issue in high priority. Also I withdraw my amount from upwork to my local bank from last 9 days ago still not reflect on my bank. I did everything like clear cached and try with new browser and logged in with new device.

I added a payment method before and I asked to get paid. I waited for 3 working days and received an email telling me that my payment was rejected. I'm trying to add my payment method on Upwork again and I'm unable to do it.
I don't understand the problem here. Kindly help me out here.
