Direct to Local Bank withdrawal not received

i was transfer balance on 29.02.2023 through direct bank payment. but still not received the balance in my bank. what should i do Now?? please help

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked and can confirm the transaction you're referring to was successful on our end. Direct to local bank transfers are processed within 4 business days, but it can take up to 7 business days to arrive at your bank. Holidays in the US and in your location can also delay the process. Please let us know if after 8 business days the funds are still not reflected in your account so we can initiate a trace for you.

i got Your payment of $17.01 via Direct to Local Bank Transfer account failed, and the money has been credited back to your Upwork account., when trying to re enable the payment and withdraw again give me faild to withdraw and cant send my money to my local bank account

Hi! I need help please. It's been 3 days and I haven't received any email confirming me that the payment I requested is already processed. I am getting anxious about it because usually it only takes a few hours before I can receive my payment directly to my bank. The email that says it's already processed usually comes after the email confirmation. I hope you can help me solve this. Thank you!

Recently, on 3rd November I requested a payment Widrew from Upwork to my  ACH bank account but on November 3rd due to the change of my account details, they gave me an email writing that, Due to the recent change of my ACH account details they have sent back the payment to Upwork Escrow but in the payment is not in my Upwork account? when I will have my money back in my Upwork account?

Hi Abul,

 

Direct to Local Bank transaction is processed within four business days. In case the fund was rejected due to incorrect or invalid details, it will be reversed to your Upwork account within 8 business days. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, let us know and we will assist you further.

Hi,

 

I withdrew my payment on the 3rd of November at 8:00 AM IST, but as of now, it is the 6th of November, 2023, 5:30 PM IST, and I still haven't received my payment. I have never experienced such a delay in receiving my payments after withdrawal. Is it just me, or are other freelancers from India also facing the same issue? I would appreciate the assistance of the concerned authority in escalating my query to the relevant department. I need this payment as soon as possible. Is there any solution?

I withdraw money from my Upwork account on Nov 3rd and received a notification and email from Upwork stating that the payment had been processed. However, as of nov 6th, I still have not received the balance in my local bank account. This is the first time I face this type of issue otherwise will get the money within 2 hours after proceed message from upwork side.

 

Please help me on this. I really need the money at this time.

I have a delayed payment. I requested tranfering the money to my US account (ACH) on October 31th and I still haven't received the money. Is there any e-mail or a way to speak to someone? You have a terrible support and it is getting me stressed out.

Facing the same issue, Requested transfer on November 1st. Still have not recieved the payment.

Same thing for me and my husband as well. We just opened tickets.

US account withdrawal not received from 1st November 2023 and Upwork support page is not loading.

I am unable to create support case and I checked Upwork status is also "live"

Wise emailed me that they cannot add my USD sent by Upwork Escrow In to my account.

"Upwork Escrow In will need to resend you the money using your new USD account details. The refund can take between 3-10 working days depending on which payment method they've used."

 

Is this reflecting on your end? Will my money still be refunded?

Hi,

So I usually do weekly withdrawal for my payment I recevie for my work to Direct US Bank (Wise) and everything was going well, Untill my last withdrawal I did on Nov 1st under ref id 634594208 which I didn't receive up until now.
Usually when I make a withdrawal I receive it the day after. But for this one it been 6 Days already and I still didn't receive it.

Please help with clarifying this issue.

Update: Got the payment.

Hey there,

Looks like there are a lot of similar cases as far as I can see majority of them have to do with ACH transfers. But my transfer(~$1300) was direct to the local bank(made Friday morning around 6 am ist) which usually gets in my account within the same day after the payment is processed(the processing itself took more than a day which is unusual). I get the the money in my account Via an NEFT transfer so I am assuming there's an intermediary bank involved NEFT is transferred within 2 hours usually I guess the delay is between Upwork sending and the bank Receiving the international transfer. There have been no holidays in between besides a Sunday. It looks to me like the delay is from Upwork's side (maybe something to do with the bank sending the transfer) please let me know When I can expect the payment and if there's something wrong from Upwork's end.

I checked the transaction you are referring to and I see that the fund was returned to your Upwork account. You may want to check your payment details and try initiating a withdrawal again.

Hi!, I was able to withdraw my earnings from the upwork balance, but I have not received them in my bank yet(local bank Account) and it has been more than 8 days now, it's Already three weeks and counting.
