Direct to Local Bank withdrawal not received

i was transfer balance on 29.02.2023 through direct bank payment. but still not received the balance in my bank. what should i do Now?? please help

Hi Morrison,

 

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked and can confirm the transaction you're referring to was successful on our end. Direct to local bank transfers are processed within 4 business days, but it can take up to 7 business days to arrive at your bank. Holidays in the US and in your location can also delay the process. Please let us know if after 8 business days the funds are still not reflected in your account so we can initiate a trace for you.

I withdrew my amount today, the 11th of November, and haven't received it on my local bank yet.

how to see the current status of withdrawal?

this is my REFID 637378314 kindly tell me by tracking the status.

I was confused because it showed the date as 11 November while in fixed contracts when clients release payments the date is shown above when the amount will be available. but here it's showing 11th November.

Please note that Direct to Local Bank transactions take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. There is a 12:00 pm (noon) UTC cutoff time for same-day processing. After that, transfers will be processed the following business day. If the transaction still hasn't been reflected on your account after eight business days, let us know, and we will assist you further. In the meantime, please read this help article for more information about Direct to Local Bank Timing and Fees.

I have withdrawn my earnings manually from Upwork but haven't received it yet. Am I going to receive it real-time or I still have to wait for few business days? Thank you.

If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, let us know and we will assist you further. Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

 

My last payment request was submitted on 10-Nov-2023. I received an email, as usual, telling me that the payment has been processed, but, sadly, the expected date of delivery is no more 2 or 3 days. Now it shows 7 to 10 days. Someone from Upwork can explain what's going on. Several issues over the last few months. We get the impression that the platform is losing its credibility and professionalism.

Dear Upwork Support Team, 

 

I have been trying to withdraw my money to a company bank account but no luck. I tried to withdraw 3 times with different information, but the money keeps coming back to my upwork account. 

 

The company is a limited company and I am one of the company partner. However, upwork systems asks for national ID number, first name, last name and name on account which are not available for a limited company. 

 

I filled ID number, first name, last name fields according to my personal information, and I filled the name on account field with my company name, but this time, upwork system doesn't allow me to withdraw the money since the account name is different.

 

Please help.

Hello, can somebody help me with payment issues. I do withdrawal request on wednesday this week to my ACH account on wise. Ussually it will be delivered to my account on Thursday but until now it is not delivered yet. Can someone help me to track this problem?

I did not receive my withdrawal last Friday, November 17, 2023, for the amount of $21.51 with Upwork reference number 639401611. My bank account, ending in 2416, has been closed. According to my bank, the transaction has not been processed on their end, and the funds should have been returned to my Upwork account. However, as of today, I have not received the funds. Please process the return of this transaction on my account. Thanks!

We are unable to reverse or stop the fund withdrawal initiated on your Upwork account. Direct to Local Bank transaction is processed within four business days. In case the transaction is not complete due to invalid or incorrect details, your funds will be automatically reversed to your Upwork account. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, let us know and we will assist you further. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals. Hi,

I withdrew my payment on November 17th to my local bank account. Today is November 20th, and I haven't received the payment in my local bank account. I contacted the bank, and they advised me to get in touch with Upwork

I have been trying to withdraw my funds for three times now and it keeps on getting rejected. Also, 0.99USD (x3) was deducted from my account in every process. Please help as this is so frustrating. Also, please refund 2.97USD from failed withdrawal processes. Already called the bank and I have been told that there is nothing wrong with account and details.

Hi,

I am a new freelencer and I tried to transfer 175 usd to Direct to local bank in Bangladesh.

I was getting notifications like

" Your payment on 18-Nov-2023 has been processed"

then I got notifications today 20-Nov-2023

" Payment method Bank Transfer :xxxxxaccountno has been diabled" and " Your payment on 19-Nov-2023 could not be processed"  & " Returnrd Withdrawal (ref6*******2 REJECTED) 

I got email too

" Your payment of $175.32 via Direct to Local Bank Transfer account failed, and the money has been credited back to your Upwork account."

I am totaly confushed about what is happning. 

This is the 3rd time it's happing and when it failed with my previous account then I have created new bank which is a frelancer account in UCB.

 

Please give me some solution as soon as possible.
