Direct to Local Bank withdrawal not received

i was transfer balance on 29.02.2023 through direct bank payment. but still not received the balance in my bank. what should i do Now?? please help

Direct to local bank transfers are processed within 4 business days, but it can take up to 7 business days to arrive at your bank. Holidays in the US and in your location can also delay the process. Please let us know if after 8 business days the funds are still not reflected in your account so we can initiate a trace for you.

I made a withdrawal to my local bank since last week monday and it hasn't been reflected yet. I live in Nigeria and would like to know how long it takes.

Direct to Local Bank transactions are processed within four business days. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, let us know and we will assist you further. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals. Hello Arjay,

Can you also check on my end? I made a withdrawal since monday(3 days now) and nothing in my bank account! Before then I also made a withdrawal that took 5 days just to fail at the end! So basically that is 8 days in total.

As a new member on the Upwork platform residing in Turkey, I selected the 'To direct local bank' method for the payment. I confirmed the withdrawal process on Monday 8 January, and as of now, the payment has not been credited to my account. I would like to inquire if there is any issue causing that, and how the issue will be solved.

Should be banking delay. But look like lost.

After 8 days you can ask support for payment search. Do it if won't wait more.

Thanks for your quick response, but I couldn't find a direct communication channel. Could you please provide guidance on the correct method, or is there a designated email address for support inquiries?

Hello, I have withdrawn some amount from Upwork, but after 8 hours no update. Can anyone help? 
 
It usually takes about 2โ€“4 hours to transfer to my local bank.  But today I didn't see any update from Upwork about the process.

I understand that you're used to receiving them relatively quickly, but keep in mind that Direct to Local Bank transactions can take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. If after eight business days, you still have not received your funds, please let us know so we can assist you further.

I withdraw my money on Jan 20, 2024  but it doesn't arrive in my local bank account until now. Every time it takes 1-2 hour to arrive in my account.what to do now..? please help

Check your Bank Swift code, if you are in pakistan only use bank swift code of your near like, mean if you are in rawalpindi or near area, use islamabad bank swift code, but if you not receive payment in bank account, it will reverse in your upwork, it will not not lost,

Hello, I made a withdrawal(direct to local bank) on the 8th of January, It took 5 business days to get any feedback. It got rejected on the 15th. I made adjustment to my bank details and made another withdrawal(ref id: 656255596), it's the 5th business day now and no feedback. I've heard lots of people say withdrawal process is 1 business day or 2. Why am I getting very slow withdrawal process.

I checked the fund withdrawal initiated on January 8th and I see that the fund withdrawal was rejected due to invalid bank details. I've attempted to withdraw funds five times to both my PayPal and bank account, but the payments keep getting rejected. Can you help me understand what's happening? I really need to withdraw  my funds.

Hello. I requested a payout on Dec 6th. I got the confirmation email that it had been processed, but thatโ€™s it; i never received the money. I tried to get help after 5 days, and the support bot said to wait for 8 business days, which I did. after that, I tried to contact again and get them to do a trace, but the bot just said it issued a ticket and someone would get back to me, which no one ever did. I tried again on friday, same response. I tried to do a trace with my bank, and they were unsuccessful as well. I've been trying to find a support line to talk to someone to get help, but I can never seem to find one. How can I get this trace done?

Hi, I made a payment on 12 Jan to my local bank account usually i received payment in 15-20 Minutes but i waited for 6-7 days on 18 Jan i reciveived my payment back to my upwork account and i was able to see in available funds, and right after that my bank account on upwork got disabled i re-enabled it and sent again. on Jan 25 I recived this notification  Your payment on 19-Jan-2024 could not be processed and also this Payment method Bank has been disabled.  I re-enabled again and sent again but no sucess. I also tried to send half payment at one time it was suceessfull but when i send another i faced same issues. In this time i contacted my local bank they said thier is no issue from their end , Also contact benificary of upwork bank Alfalah but they also said we have no payements with this ID. Please Help me what should i do

I would like to ask if it's always to wait four working days to receive from Upwork to my local bank.
