Direct to Local Bank withdrawal not received

i was transfer balance on 29.02.2023 through direct bank payment. but still not received the balance in my bank. what should i do Now?? please help

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked and can confirm the transaction you're referring to was successful on our end. Direct to local bank transfers are processed within 4 business days, but it can take up to 7 business days to arrive at your bank. Holidays in the US and in your location can also delay the process. Please let us know if after 8 business days the funds are still not reflected in your account so we can initiate a trace for you.

Hi Victor,

 

I am sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your fund withdrawal. I checked the fund withdrawal initiated on January 8th and I see that the fund withdrawal was rejected due to invalid bank details. The funds were credited back to your Upwork account on January 15th. Feel free to message us if you have further questions.

I made a payment to my bank account today and the money hasn't been processed.... please what's going on???

Direct to local bank transfers may take up to 7 business days before the funds are reflected in your account. Holidays in the US and in your location can also delay the process. I've attempted to withdraw funds five times to both my PayPal and bank account, but the payments keep getting rejected. Can you help me understand what's happening? I really need to withdraw  my funds.

I am sorry to hear about the trouble while initiating a withdrawal. We will be unable to process your withdrawal if your payment details are incorrect or the account is not active. I haven't been able to withdraw my funds since last year December up till this moment, I've added my payment method multiple times and keeps getting disabled! Please what's really going on? I need my money please!!!!!!!!!

 

someone should find solution to this and give me my money

Hello. I requested a payout on Dec 6th. I got the confirmation email that it had been processed, but that’s it; i never received the money. I tried to get help after 5 days, and the support bot said to wait for 8 business days, which I did. after that, I tried to contact again and get them to do a trace, but the bot just said it issued a ticket and someone would get back to me, which no one ever did. I tried again on friday, same response. I tried to do a trace with my bank, and they were unsuccessful as well. I've been trying to find a support line to talk to someone to get help, but I can never seem to find one. How can I get this trace done?

Good day!

I withdrawn my funds yesterday but until now the funds are not yet received in my local bank. Its been 24 hours since i got that payment has been processed email from upwork. Pls advise.

Please note that Direct to Local Bank transactions take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. There is a 12:00 pm (noon) UTC cutoff time for same-day processing. After that, transfers will be processed the following business day. If the transaction still hasn't been reflected on your account after eight business days, let us know, and we will assist you further.

Please also note that bank holidays in the U.S. and your location may affect these withdrawals. In the meantime, please read this help article for more information about Direct to Local Bank Timing and Fees.

Hi. I received an email confirmation that my withdrawal was successful but haven't received the funds yet. Does anyone encounter the same issue? Normally i get the funds hours before i get paid.

Hi, I made a payment on 12 Jan to my local bank account usually i received payment in 15-20 Minutes but i waited for 6-7 days on 18 Jan i reciveived my payment back to my upwork account and i was able to see in available funds, and right after that my bank account on upwork got disabled i re-enabled it and sent again. on Jan 25 I recived this notification  Your payment on 19-Jan-2024 could not be processed and also this Payment method Bank has been disabled.  I re-enabled again and sent again but no sucess. I also tried to send half payment at one time it was suceessfull but when i send another i faced same issues. In this time i contacted my local bank they said thier is no issue from their end , Also contact benificary of upwork bank Alfalah but they also said we have no payements with this ID. Please Help me what should i do

I am sorry to hear about the trouble while withdrawing your funds. I have reviewed the transactions in question and found that they were declined by your bank. This may happen due to incorrect or outdated bank information. To resolve this, please contact your bank to confirm your bank details and update them on our platform.

I have already withdrawn mine on upwork January 10, 2024. but until now 31 January 2024 it is not in my bank account yet. please guide me on where can I appeal and also send the screenshot of the Bank statement

Hello! I was supposed to ask why it's not reflecting but somehow already asked the same question and Upwork responded also. 
I would like to ask if it's always to wait four working days to receive from Upwork to my local bank.

Hi Everyone,

 

I'm quite new to Upwork so forgive me if this question is nuanced. I'm going to provide some context prior to asking my question. I was to receive my second direct payment transfer today (January 31) after receiving my first direct transfer on January 24. On January 30, I received an email from Upwork advising that my local direct payment has been initiated to my bank. This email arrived 11:50pm EST. I have yet to received an email from Upwork advising that the payment was processed, yet when I checked my pending earnings, I can see that the payment was potentially sent to my bank account.

This situation is different from my first payment that was received last week. On January 23, I received the initiated payment email and processed email within a half hour of one another and I received payment to my account within the early hours in January 24. I'm very nervous about this payment as mentioned earlier, I can see that payment was sent to my bank account (which tells me the payment was processed), but I have not yet received payment. Can someone from Upwork enlighten me and put my worries at ease? I'm feeling quite anxious about this.

I'm sorry if this was confusing. Upon checking your account, I can confirm that your most recent withdrawal has been successfully processed on our end. Although I understand you received your transfer from January 24 relatively quickly, Direct to Local Bank payments can take up to seven business days to arrive at your bank. 

 

There is a 12:00 pm (noon) UTC cutoff time for same-day processing. After that, transfers will be processed the following business day. Bank holidays in the U.S. or your country can delay your funds. If after eight business days you still haven't received your payment, you can contact us again and we'll gladly assist you further. Hello,

Today my payment was processed around 4 hours ago and I received an email of payment processing like usual. However, the payment has not been reflected in my bank account till now. Usually, the payment falls into my bank account the moment I receive the email regarding it being processed.

Is anyone else facing the same issue today?

If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, let us know and we will assist you further. I would like to ask help from upwork support about a withdrawal that was sent to my card and has not reflected yet. It's my union bank card. I thought it will take minutes only.
