Dispute Escrow client agree to accept the dispute and UpWork still havent released the escrow

Hi I have one case, from 4 - June to 9 June is the period, and the client already said the escrow should return for me because he accepted and was leave the period pass without take actions. Wonder that how Upwork solve this case and for how long?.
