Don't have access to Verified Phone Number / Not receiving security code on my phone

I don't have access to my old verified phone number and need to update it with a new one.

Hi Daniel,

 

If you need help with your phone number because you're not receiving the code or don't have access to it anymore, we’ll need to ask you to confirm some private account details in order to help you. At Upwork, protecting your privacy is our priority. With this in mind, it would be best if you reach out directly to our support team so they can assist you within a private and secure channel of communication. 

 

How do I reach a human in customer support?

 

  1. Please visit Contact Support and click the ‘Chat with Upwork' button.
  2. Type a question or topic and select ‘Send’. The bot will find relevant Help articles for you.
  3. The chatbot will ask you to confirm if you need additional help. If you confirm that you need additional help, you will be asked to confirm the account type you need help with.
  4. From there, the support options available to you will be listed. Select either of the options to be able to contact the Upwork Support Team.

Hi! I changed my location and all its related details changed but when i intends to apply for a job, i cannot receive my five digit verification message to my phone hence referred to contact support after forcing my phone to respond manually, kindly seeking for your assistance big team.

Hi,

I'm trying to verify my phone number to publish a job post, but I'm not receiving the OTP for some reason. Is there a going-issue in regards to that? If so, is there a workaround?

Hoping for some helpful assistance because the chatbot is absolutely of no help.

Hello! I tried to post a job and was required to input an otp code sent to my phone number. The otp code never arrives. I tried changing my phone number. The same is happening. No code. Now I'm stuck. I cannot change the phone number back to the first one and it says I have exceeded the PIN requests limit. I need help ASAP. Chat bot is useless and I cannot create a ticket or contact a human being.

Hello, i am not receiving the OTP SMS and i can not post a job. I tried with two different number and the same issues occured.

 

How can i solve this issues ? can i get the phone verified by someone?
