I am trying to post a job and it is asking for mobile verification but the verification code is never sent to my mobile.
I tried to resend the code multiple times but did not work.
My mobile network is fine as I can receive OTPs from other apps.
The issue seems to be specific to Upwork.

I've been trying to verify my phone number to finishing my freelancer account onboarding, but it continuously fails to send me any codes. The two times it did send me a code, it was 10 minutes later and the code was expired and no longer worked. Now it's telling me to wait another 24 hours before trying again. However, I have no reason to believe that I won't just encounter the same issues in 24 hours and have to go through all this again. Ideally I'd like to get this resolved ASAP.
I tried messaging "Instant support" and got this absolute nonsense:

I am trying to create a new profile, I have all of the skills and everything uploaded but when I attempt to get the SMS verification code I never receive one. I am using Google SSO to sign-in.

I recently purchased Connects to apply for jobs as a freelancer. However, when trying to submit an application, I was prompted to verify my phone number, but I haven't entered it yet and there seems to be no option to go back or add it. The screen is stuck on the phone verification step. How can I input my phone number to proceed? The screen mentions that a confirmation code was sent, but no number is registered in my account. Same issue, want to post a job but do not receive a code and the useless chatbot keeps going around in circles, I have no idea how to open a ticket as it points to the same thing that opens the chat bot and we go through the same nonsense.
Yes I entered the right number, tried my secondary number and yes I have signal, it's clear this is an issue on your end. Please fix it

I am on the final step of setting up my profile and the pin isn't being sent to my phone. I have tried several times to resend it and now I don't even have the option to resend it or input a pin with the "Verify Pin" button. I have tried the customer support chatbot which allowed me to set up 2-factor authentication. When it eventually failed to resolve the issue it wouldn't let me talk to a real person to resolve the issue. I am unable to move past the final step of the profile setup and am redirected there every time I try to go to upwork.com. Any suggestions???

Verify pin doesn't send anything to phone. I have checked spam.
Also FIY, the support chatbot is awful. It gives incorrect information, asks you to click on things that don't exist, and will not help you find support elsewhere.
