Hello,
I have been trying to verify my mobile phone since this morning, but I am not receiving any code whatsoever! I have even tried two different phone numbers and still got nothing. Can I verify my phone via an automated call instead of an SMS message.?
Please help!

Hi, I am trying to access the settings page from the browser and system on which I have been using Upwork for last 6 months, but it prompts me with "Verify a code via SMS text to continue" (Attaching screenshot to illustrate more)
It never sends an SMS to phone number and when i click resend sms after some time, it says "This method is no longer available"
Can you please help me as I am unable to receive SMS?
I also tried to login in another system but was prompted to verify code via SMS, and faced the same problem

Hello Nikola,
I am currently facing issues recieving verification code to my phone number.
I tried several times to get the code so i get 'Re-sending PIN limit has been exceeded' as well. Please help.

I have a problem with the two-factor authentication process. I am not getting the SMS on my phone. My Authenticator app was also deleted from my phone. So, I am unable to use my Google Authenticator option. I could not set up a new authenticator because I could not enter the "Setting" due to the verification code.
How can I solve this matter?

Hi, I just registered here. I verified my email (it's the correct one).
I created a job post and wanted to post it, but I am unable to do so before I verify my phone number. For some reason, I did not receive the SMS verification code even though I requested it 10 times...
I tried changing the phone number to one of my colleagues', and he received the verification code via SMS, but I am unable to do so. For transparency, we come from different countries, hence have different country codes, if that has anything to do wwith receiving the verification code or not.
I need to speak to a human being and the suggested "Solutions" here and in other threads don't work. I'd appreciate quick help with this as I really need freelancers to help us with a few projects.
