I am trying to post a job and keep getting this error when trying to move to the add skills part. 'There was an error saving the job. error [8c78ca6b9f45d04e-CPT, 8c78ca6b9f45d04e-CPT].'

I did all of that and it still doesn't work. Tried incognito and even using the app. Nothing works.
