Error while posting a job as client

hi, I'm an Upwork freelancer and my freelancer account works normally without any errors.

I need to post a job (the first job I'll post) so I switched to the client account through settings.

but when I tried to post the job I got this error: "There was an error saving the job: error []. Contact Upwork Support for more information."
