Error why applying jobs

I tried to apply for jobs as much as I can. BUt for some reason, I see errors popuping up at random time.

I tried to apply later, but the same jobs were giving me same errors. May i know what was the issue how i can fix it?

Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of your current browser? You may also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Let us know if the issue persists and we'll look further into that for you.
