Existing client can't send me a contract

I have an existing client that wants to send me a new contract but it seems there is a bug in the system because he can't send me a contract, he can't hire me. Can you please look into this asap because it's going on for more than 4 days now?

Hi Nikola,

Unfortunately this issue wasn't resolved and the client went ahead and hired another freelancer. It's a shame that we're loosing existing clients this way.
