I have recently completed an hourly project of the client named **Edited for Community Guidelines**. The work has been completed successfully as she ended the contract and left a good comment with 5 star rating and its been 24 hours now and I can't see that project listed either in completed or in progress.
How can I find out the reason for that, as this was a good comment and rating which can help me boost my profile so I wanted to have that listed on my profile.

Hi Zainulabiden,
Your feedback will appear on your Upwork profile within 24 hours after your earnings are processed on the contract and they are available for withdrawal. As long as the client has paid you at least $1.00 USD and it's ready to be withdrawn, any feedback they leave will be displayed on your public profile. See this help article for more information.
For Fixed-Price Contracts, this means after payment for the first milestone has been released and becomes available. Learn more about how you Get Paid for Fixed-Price Contracts here.
For Hourly Contracts, this means after the client has been successfully charged for the hours worked the week before. Learn more about the Weekly Billing Cycle here.

Looking at the screenshots you are sharing, your client has not yet provided feedback on the contract. Your client has 14 days from the date you ended the contract to leave their feedback; once they do, you should see it reflected on the contract. You can check this page for more information.

I just received an offer from my client for a cover letter punch-up, and it was an hourly contract while using manual time, but then I delivered the project and he ended the contract, and my earnings have not been visible.
Here is my earnings dashboard.
Here is my profile, it showed the hours that I spent in working for him and not the earnings.
Kindly help me look into it.

I'm having a similar problem and cannot see any feedback anywhere. I do not see the option 'My Jobs' that use to be viewable before. When I do a search on 'How to see feedback', I'm reading I should go to 'MyJobs' but I dont see that in the menus anymore. Have things changed since the UPWORK interface was updated this year? This is confusing -any suggestions please? (attaching a screengrab of the menus on the top of my page where I do not see an option for 'My Jobs')

You need to have a minimum of $1 earnings successfully processed and available for withdrawal for the job to appear on your Upwork profile.
I checked the job you are referring to and it appears that funds were released today. All payments released on a job must complete a 5-day security period before they are available on your Upwork account. You can refer to the Overview page to check the status of your earnings.

Hi, I recently completed an hourly paid job which disappeared from my profile dashboard and my job success score was not updated as well. The job and the timesheet can be seen under contract but can't be seen under my profile. Kindly help me to rectify this. Thank you

Hi Nkechi,
I checked your profile and it looks like you are referring to a job that was started on June 4 and ended the next day. Please know that you need a minimum of $1 in earnings successfully processed and available for withdrawal for the job to appear on your Upwork profile. Your logged hours on this hourly contract will be processed as per the weekly billing cycle. Once your earnings are successfully processed, your job will appear on your Upwork profile.
Regarding the Job Success Score, it is calculated every two weeks and the next update is due after 2 weeks on your Upwork profile.
