Jobs in progress for a fixed price contract appear when a payment is successfully charged and for an hourly contract, it appear when the client is billed (on Monday) for the hours of the previous week.

past month and have completed a few jobs successfully. However, I have noticed that my completed jobs are not visible in the 'Completed Jobs' section on my profile, nor are they included in the 'Total Jobs' count.

i have completed 4 contracts with my clients on hourly basis, from them iv worked with same client 3 times and still the upwork charges me 20% as it says that only first time they charge that amount but for me even 3rd time they charged me 20% fees. now after that my earnings are also not showing as the contracts are ended and clients have given 5 star feedbacks but i added the hous manually, so is there any problem due to manual hours? why is my earnings showing still 0 and even in my profile it doesnt show any of my previous work and earnings, in my reports the amount is still showing as WORK IN PROGRESS but the contracts are already ended and customers gave feedbacks and i added hours manually too. please i would appriciate an asnwer to this as im really tensed.

Hi Hamza,

Thank you for reaching out to us. As long as the client has paid you at least $1.00 USD, any feedback they leave will be displayed on your public profile 24 hours after your earnings are processed on the contract. For Hourly Contracts, this means after the client has been successfully charged for the hours worked the week before. Learn more about the Weekly Billing Cycle here. 

However, If there is an issue with your client’s Upwork account, your contract with them will be paused and you will not be able to continue to bill that client through Upwork until the issue is resolved. There are many possible reasons this could occur, though we cannot share the specifics regarding your client’s account due to privacy concerns.

Unfortunately, manually added hours are not eligible for Payment Protection. You may want to check this help article to learn more.

Hello Falaq , Sometimes it can take a few days to show completed work on Upwork, so if you wait a few more days, it will appear in your existing feedback profile.

I tried but wasn’t able to replicate the issue you’re describing. I can see the client's feedback for the contract that ended on 20- March on your My Profile page. Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of your current browser? You may also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

I've checked your account and I believe you're referring to the contract that ended today (28- March). In general, your feedback will appear on your Upwork profile up to 24 hours after your earnings are processed on the contract. For Fixed-Price Contracts, this means after payment for the first milestone has been released.
