Feedback is not showing on my profile

I have recently completed an hourly project of the client named **Edited for Community Guidelines**. The work has been completed successfully as she ended the contract and left a good comment with 5 star rating and its been 24 hours now and I can't see that project listed either in completed or in progress.
How can I find out the reason for that, as this was a good comment and rating which can help me boost my profile so I wanted to have that listed on my profile.

Hi Zainulabiden,

 

Your feedback will appear on your Upwork profile within 24 hours after your earnings are processed on the contract and they are available for withdrawal. As long as the client has paid you at least $1.00 USD and it's ready to be withdrawn, any feedback they leave will be displayed on your public profile. See this help article for more information.

 

For Fixed-Price Contracts, this means after payment for the first milestone has been released and becomes available. Learn more about how you Get Paid for Fixed-Price Contracts here

For Hourly Contracts, this means after the client has been successfully charged for the hours worked the week before. Learn more about the Weekly Billing Cycle here

After 10 hours contract, when will my job appear on the - job in progress? My client has ended my contract with good feedback but I'm not seeing any evidence of job done or payment to be made.

Hello ,
It's been a while since my Upwork client gave me a review and five stars, but it's not showing in my profile, nor in "Public View" mode.
Client said they have give review as well as start rating from their side.

I have also give review for the client and rating.

Not sure, what is happened here- Need Help please.
Since Upwork is a review-driven platform, reviews are important to get new contracts.

Hi Saravanan,

 

Thank you for your message. I checked and it appears that you have two contracts with the same job title. If you are referring to the contract that ended in October 2023, there are no ratings and feedback left by the client after ending this job. Due to this, they are not visible on your Upwork public profile. You can also verify the client's feedback on the Contract page. If your client would like to leave public feedback now, you can use the 'Enable client to change feedback' link to allow the client to leave feedback for you. You refer to this help page for more information.

Feedback and ratings are not displaying on my profile for two projects that I completed on June 7, 2024. Despite successful project completion and payment withdrawal, the feedback and ratings remain absent.

Hi Abdul Mujeeb - This might be because of one of the following reasons:
1- The client didn't leave feedback.
2- The Client left feedback, however, you didn't. In that case, you won't be able to see the client's feedback unless you leave feedback OR wait for 14 days after the Contract end date.

I can see the two projects you are referring to with their respective feedback. If you can't see them on your end, could you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies?

The two Feedbacks appeared on the 21st of June because the two contracts had ended on the 7th of June; The 14 days were over.

I think, I had awesome feedback, but it is not visible on my profile. - does this mean I am the only one able to see the feedback left, as on my profile it says "no feedback given"

Hi Ashraful,

 

All your recently completed contracts show that the clients left feedback. Are these the contracts you are referring to? If so, I can confirm that the clients did not leave feedback on those, and what appears in your public profile is accurate.

I'm not sure I understand your concern, Ashraful. The client feedback from one of your screenshots and the one with your Projects are visible on your profile.

Hi,

I completed an hourly contract job with a client.

The client provided feedback to me, and I also provided feedback to the client.

However, after Monday, the job is not displayed yet in my work history.

Additionally, I did not receive a 100% job success score, even though I have completed more than two jobs with other clients. I would be very grateful if you could help me resolve this issue.

Hi Nikola,

 

I checked your profile and it looks like you are referring to a job that was started on July 3 and ended the same day. Please know now that you need a minimum of $1 in earnings successfully processed and available for withdrawal for the job to appear on your Upwork profile. Your logged hours on this hourly contract will be processed as per the weekly billing cycle. Once your earnings are successfully processed, your job will appear on your Upwork profile.

I recently completed a direct hourly contract with a client who ended the contract as soon as the work was finished. The client left remarkable comments, but they are not appearing on my profile. Will this feedback help improve my Job Success Score (JSS)? How can I ensure that the client's reviews are displayed on my profile?

Hi Ali,

 

You need to have a minimum of $1 in earnings successfully processed and available on your Upwork account for the feedback to display on your Upwork account. 

 

I checked the job you mentioned and it appears that this is an hourly contract that started and ended this week. All logged hours on the hourly contracts are processed as per the weekly billing cycle. Once your earnings are successfully processed, your feedback will appear on your Upwork profile.

Hi Rayalain,

Congratulations on your 5-star rating and for another successful project! Keep up the great work! I know how important this is for you to have the job displayed in your Upwork profile. I checked and see that it’s not visible on your profile since the payment is not yet available for you to withdraw. By design, a contract will be displayed on your profile up to 24 hours after a payment of at least $1.00 has been made and already shown as available for withdrawal for you. Thank you RonnaP but I want to ask that why my payment is not shown anywhere? not in billing section and in overview section its not in pending work but under work in progress. can you explain this ?

hey PradeepH no its not bonus payment but its payment of hourly base work .I worked of total 5 hours but its not showing in my pending payment not even in billing section and any other so please let me know why.

Hi Rayalain,

Thank you for getting back to us. I have checked, and it’s showing in “Work in progress” as your logged hours are within the current work week (Jul 22 - 28). And will be billed to the client at the end of the work week. With hourly contracts, all logged hours (tracked or added manually) within the weekly limit are automatically billed to the client based on this schedule:

  • Week 1 — You log time using the Upwork desktop app (Time Tracker)
  • Week 2 — Your time is invoiced to your client on Monday, and they have until Friday to review your work
  • Week 3 — Earnings become available on the following Wednesday
